The Inner Peace Foundation is responsible for this Transform website. Transform stores free challenge and talk registrations, challenge completion and encrypted private reflections. HabitMove remains a separate account and checkout provider when you choose to sign in or join a paid programme.

Information we use

We use registration and contact details, an optional WhatsApp number or referral source, channel-specific consent choices, challenge progress, private reflections you choose to save, and limited attribution information. We do not ask for diagnoses or medical history. Payment information remains with the checkout provider.

WhatsApp communication

If you explicitly opt in, authorised Foundation team members can use a protected provider queue to start a one-to-one WhatsApp conversation for relevant encouragement, talk reminders and programme updates. WhatsApp is optional, consent is recorded separately from email, and you can reply “stop” or contact us to withdraw it. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. Private journey, meeting and payment links remain in email for security.

Private journey links

Your emailed journey link acts as a private access key. Keep it confidential. You can request the link again using your challenge email. Reflections and optional WhatsApp numbers are encrypted at rest, are not shown on the dashboard and are never sent to analytics.

Why we use it

We process information to provide requested services, send essential confirmations and requested access links, honour optional channel-specific communications consent, prevent misuse and understand website performance where analytics consent permits.

Retention and rights

Records are kept only as long as needed for service, legal and safeguarding purposes. You may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, or withdraw optional consent, by emailing info@theinnerpeace.org.
